Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

At SecureCoupleStays, protecting the privacy of unmarried couples is our core mission. We have designed our platform and operational procedures to ensure that your stay is safe, legal, and discreet. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Mandatory Verification Process

To ensure compliance with local laws and safety regulations, all guests must undergo a mandatory verification process at the hotel check-in counter. This includes:

  • Presentation of valid, original Government-issued ID cards for both guests.
  • Signing of a confidential stamp paper agreement confirming the voluntary nature of the stay.
  • A secure photo and short video recording confirming identity and consent.

3. Data Security & Storage

All verification documents (photos, videos, agreements) collected by our partner hotels are stored in a centralized, encrypted cloud storage system.

These records are strictly confidential and accessible only to authorized legal & safety personnel in case of emergencies or legal requirements. They are NOT accessible to the general public or casual hotel staff post-verification.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to cooperate with the hotel staff during the verification process. Failure to provide valid identification or refusal to undergo the verification process may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund, as per the hotel's safety policy.
